Information from Four Oaks Chamber
We are so excited to welcome you to the 34th Annual Acorn Festival. Vendors set up in the Business Expo can start as early as 7:15 am. Booth locations are attached. Due to road closures, you must arrive from Baker Street to Railroad. Please know your booth number.
You can google the location by entering 100 N. Baker Street. That will get you to the area where a volunteer will assist you.
We suggest that you bring everything you need for a successful day. Please unload booth items for your booth then move your vehicle to a parking area before setting up. (See vendor parking opportunities below.) Please bring tents no larger than 10×10 or a 10×20 if you registered for 2 booths. You will need to bring tables, chairs, and power cords if you registered for electric hook up. In the center of Barbour’s Grove Park is the Gazebo. The Four Oaks Chamber of Commerce will be in the Gazebo. If you indicated that you were donating a prize for the raffle, please drop that off in the Gazebo. There will be a list with your name and what Box # to put your donation in. If it is too large to put in a box, please leave it with a volunteer in the Gazebo. Please make sure that your donations are labeled with your name and contact information for our winners.
Please be sure to be completely set up and be ready to go no later than 9:45am. The festival starts at 10:00am. Portable restrooms will be located at Railroad and Main St. Please do not break down prior to the event closing of 3:30pm.
Lastly, I have included an event flyer. Please share that across all your social media. Invite all your friends and family to come. They will enjoy the live music, rides, and delicious food available.
Thanks again for your participation. We look forward to a great event.
